Can anything go easy?
The gas filler extension is 98% done. After fighting with getting the hoses on, that can only be reached when you cant see what you are doing, and loosening/repositioning them, they are on the truck. Everything is done except for the hose clamp on the tank end. It would not re-tighten, so I will have to get a new one.
After that was done as far as it could be completed, I thought I could assemble the dash. It had a few days to dry, so it should be ready. When I went in the other room, and turned on the light, my eyes rolled back. Whatever forces that continue to mess with me are at it again with the dash. Two spots, that were perfectly textured when I placed the dash to dry, are now smooth. So I had to put a couple more light coats of texture, and a topcoat of black on it again. Cross something and hope that it's ok when I get there tonight.
